Duties: Digital Revenue: - Accountability for delivering the total digital revenue for the assigned market- Responsibility to deliver on an individual sales target- Identify and sell unique sponsorship & advertising solutions to digital buyers - Approach new markets to explore & exploit digital opportunities (Advertising & Business Development)- Build and maintain excellent client relationships at top tier agencies and trading desks. Sales Team Collaboration and Support: - Deeply understand CNNI's global portfolio and suite of digital marketing solutions- In partnership with the regional sales teams, develop and drive revenue through cross platform deals - Analyze digital KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and rates- Drive smart advertising solutions within CNNI using experience and market intelligence - ensure we are at the forefront of the industry- Challenge and make evolve digital pitches of the cross-platform teams and improve digital sales skills and consequently grow the digital the revenue Digital Commercial Opportunities in Region- Build local, regional & global partnerships with ad technologies and other demand partners- Work with CNN's media buying function to build and sell content distribution solutions to brands - Ensure market pricing and products are aligned to achieve regional goals. This role is to be the digital voice of the region.

Qualifications: - Passionate and knowledgeable about the news. - A Senior level leader with 6+ years of digital sales experience with skills that include, but not limited to entrepreneurial, senior management, sales and business development across Asia- Experience working directly and programmatically with agencies/agency trading desks to a high level- Experience with digital products and creatively driving revenue from beyond advertising solutions- Knowledge and Experience with sponsored and branded content advertising solutions- Experience with digital business development (creative and partnership based digital revenue - Active in industry trade and networking events- Experience in audience (data) and brand based selling of digital media- Great relationships \ contacts at leading agency networks- Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills- Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative
