Duties: Great Big is a global media company devoted to cinematic storytelling and inspiring people to seek the wonder in the world. Headquartered in New York, with bureaus in London and Stockholm, our studios produce and distribute micro docs, short films, digital series and TV series. What part will you play?We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Creative Partnership team. This role is the critical link between editorial leadership of Great Big Story and our Ad Sales partners. It supports and manages day-to-day activities of the creative development and RFP's response process. Partnering with their team, researches, pitches story ideas and packages editorial concepts to supply sales teams with editorially approved content in a structure that fits the target brand. Collaborates closely with the sales and branded content team to ensure editorial sponsorship opportunities align with editorial standards and brand values. What will you be doing?- Determines and maintains the "creative vision" to solutions for brand partners that satisfy the editorial needs and requirements of the brand - Leads and manages activities of the creative development process and responding to incoming RPF's- Partners with Ad Sales teams to create editorial offerings and package them for sales- Organize the team to find stories and series concepts that can be packaged and presented to potential partners - Represents editorial interests with Ad Sales domestic and International and Branded Content teams including maintaining editorial values and storytelling and communicate with editorial the sponsorship priorities and opportunities coming from sales as well as ensure execution of content in sponsorships. - May manage and mentor junior team members- Present editorial creative concepts alongside sellers both in person and remotely

Qualifications: What do we require from you?- 8+ years of editorial news or advertising experience- Ability to lead production teams - Track record of strong editorial judgment - Understanding of digital content development and distribution - Experience collaborating with sales and branded content teams - Strong communication and project management skills- Understanding of global markets preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple prioritiesTurner Broadcasting System, Inc. and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
